Marilyn Tennill

Marilyn Tennill has served on the Taylor ISD Board of Trustees since 2018. A proud Taylor High School graduate, she dedicated 43 years of service to Taylor ISD as a teacher and counselor, giving her a lifelong connection to the students, staff and families of the district.

Tennill is the proud parent of two Taylor High School graduates and grandparent of two Taylor graduates, with another grandson currently attending Taylor ISD. Her commitment to Taylor schools and the community has also earned her recognition as an inductee into the Taylor High School Duck Hall of Fame.

In addition to her service to Taylor ISD, Tennill is an active community volunteer with the Taylor Public Library, Taylor Main Street Project, Salvation Army, Brethren Church and Taylor Educational Enrichment Foundation.
