The first day of school is almost here! Check this page often for everything you need to prepare for a successful school year. We'll continue updating this page as additional information becomes available.

New & Returning Student Registration

New Student Registration

New student registration opened on March 3 (April 1 for Pre-K & Kindergarten) and is open for families who are new to Taylor ISD for the 2026-2027 school year.

Returning Student Verification

Returning student verification opens July 20, 2026.

All students who attended Taylor ISD during the 2025-2026 school year must complete the annual verification process. Verifying your student's information ensures schools have current contact information, emergency contacts, required forms, and other important information before the first day of school.

How to Complete Online Registration

Step 1

Visit the Online Registration Portal.
CLICK HERE TO ENROLL

Step 2

Sign in using your Parent Self Serve username and password.

New to Taylor ISD?

  • Click "Register New User."
  • Create your username and password.
  • Log in to begin registration.

Step 3

Review and update all student and family information.

If you've recently moved, please upload one of the following:

  • Utility bill
  • Lease agreement
  • Other approved proof of residency

Step 4

After reviewing all information, click Confirm Enrollment to submit your registration.


Summer Registration Support

Need assistance while campus registrars are on summer break?

Elementary Meet the Teacher Night

Monday, August 10

Meet the Teacher Night is a great opportunity to:

  • Meet your child's teacher
  • Visit the classroom and campus
  • Drop off school supplies
  • Get excited for a successful school year

T.H. Johnson Elementary (THJ)

Taylor Middle School

6th Grade Orientation

Friday, August 7
5:00–6:00 p.m.

Incoming sixth-grade students and their families are invited to join us as we welcome our newest Ducks to Taylor Middle School! Families will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet teachers and staff
  • Tour the campus
  • Learn about middle school expectations
  • Begin building new friendships before the first day of school

7th & 8th Grade Schedule Pick-Up

Monday, August 10
12:00–2:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend during this time, please contact the school to make alternate arrangements.


Taylor High School

Freshman Experience

Tuesday, August 4
1:00–3:00 p.m.

Incoming Taylor High School freshmen are invited to kick off their high school journey at this student-only event designed to help students start the year with confidence.

Students will:

  • Pick up their class schedule
  • Receive Taylor High School swag
  • Tour the campus
  • Experience their first THS pep rally

Parent & Guardian Information

Parents and guardians should plan to pick up students at 3:00 p.m.

THS administrators will also host a Parent & Guardian Q&A in the cafeteria from 3:00–3:30 p.m.

We can't wait to welcome the Class of 2030 to the Nest!


Back to School Bash

Saturday, August 8, 2026

Main Street Event Center

Taylor, TX

Join us as we celebrate the start of a new school year with free supplies, community resources, and fun for the whole family!

Families Will Enjoy

  • Free school supplies
  • Free clothing
  • Free food pantry items
  • School registration assistance
  • Free hot meal
  • Games, activities, and family fun

This event is free and open to Taylor ISD families and families throughout East Williamson County while supplies last. A limited number of tickets are available for families attending neighboring school districts.

We look forward to helping students start the school year prepared, confident, and ready for success!
