Teachers receive comprehensive support through the THRIVE Mentorship Program (in partnership with UT-Austin), ongoing professional development, and instructional coaching. Built-in PLC time supports collaboration and data-driven instruction. You can also apply for classsroom funding opportunities from the Taylor Educational Enrichment Foundation.

    We value our educators! Starting at $53,500, our salaries grow with experience: $61,849 at 5 years, $65,711 at 10 years, and $73,706 at 20 years.

  • Earn More With Stipends

    Stipends available for Athletics, Math, Science, CTE, Bilingual, ESL, LOTE, and SPED, plus longevity stipends. Salaries are reviewed annually.

  • Teacher Incentive Allotment

    Taylor ISD is a Teacher Incentive Allotment district, rewarding and supporting our educators for excellence, growth, and student impact.
