Joe Meller - Board Member
Joseph Meller has served on the Taylor ISD Board of Trustees since 2022. A proud Taylor ISD parent, he has one Taylor High School graduate and two students currently attending Taylor High School, giving him a strong personal connection to the schools and community he serves.
Meller is a Lieutenant Colonel with more than 25 years of military service and serves as Commander of the 111th Engineer Battalion. His extensive military career reflects a longstanding commitment to leadership and service.
He is also a member of First Baptist Church and enjoys serving the Taylor community. Meller is a proud supporter of Taylor ISD students and can often be found attending academic, athletic and other school events throughout the district.
