New student enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is now open, and that includes out-of-district transfers. We look forward to welcoming your family to Taylor ISD!
*Please note: Pre-K & Kindergarten enrollment opens on April 1, 2026.
How To Enroll

Please note that you can still enroll your student for the current (2025-2026) school year. To do so:
- Click “Enroll Now” linked above
- At the bottom of the page, click “Register New User”
- Complete the form and click “Submit”
- Log into the enrollment portal
- Under “Select a student,” click “Create new student”
- Click “Next,” and for “Enrollment Request School Year” select “2025-2026”
- Complete the remaining forms.

The pre-screener is REQUIRED for all new Pre-K and Kindergarten students before they are able to register. For any questions or problems that you may have, please contact the campus your student will enroll at. Questions may also be emailed to registration@taylorisd.org.
New students must provide all required documents:- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Socical Security Card
- Child's Immunization Records (current)
- Proof of Residency - Most current Utility Bill (Electric, Water or Gas) OR a Lease Agreement/Mortgage Statement
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Child's previous year Report Card
- Legal Documentation (Ex: Student Name Change, Custody etc.)
Out-of district-transfer students need to complete the Out-of-District Transfer Application. Please make sure to follow the steps that are required. All transfer students will need to provide the following documents:- A copy of your student(s) most current Report Card
- Discipline Records
- Attendance Records
All of these records will be sent to your student(s) projected campus and approved by administration.
Pre-K3 & Pre-K4 Options
Qualifying families can get a jumpstart on education with our PK3 & 4 options. PK3 is available only as a half-day program, while PK4 is full-day.
STEM Experiences
With a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics starting in elementary, students are learning about the careers of the future.
Fine Arts At All Campuses
Students are introduced to the Fine Arts in elementary, with opportunities to join clubs and groups through high school.
Career & Technical Education
We offer 10 unique CTE pathways in high school, preparing students for careers right after graduation, or setting them up for success in college.
Early College High School
Our partnership with Temple College allows our students to graduate high school with an Associates Degree or 60 college credit hours.
Local Scholarship Opportunities
Our generous community awards more than $150,000 in scholarships annually to seniors, ensuring our students succeed in college.
